1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or otherwise using the Streamsync platform (the “Platform”), you acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your legal rights and obligations, as well as the rights and obligations of Streamsync (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms are binding and constitute a legally enforceable agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all present and future revisions.

In addition to these Terms, you may be subject to additional guidelines, policies, community standards, and rules published on the Platform. Such documents are incorporated by reference and are enforceable as part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To access or use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not barred from receiving services under the laws of your country or other applicable jurisdictions.
• You will not use the Platform if you have previously been suspended or removed.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse access to any individual or entity for any reason, including failure to meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access restricted features such as earning rewards or tracking statistics, you may need to create an account. In doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Promptly update your account to reflect changes in personal information.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity under your account, we may suspend or terminate it without notice. Multiple accounts by a single user may be prohibited and can lead to forfeiture of rewards.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. You will not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or fraudulent methods to interact with the Platform.
• Engage in activities that disrupt, damage, or impair Platform functionality.
• Upload or share harmful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, networks, or systems.
• Exploit security vulnerabilities or distribute malware.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account, and potential legal action.

5. Use of the Platform

• The Platform allows users to watch sponsored videos, advertisements, and related promotional content in exchange for monetary or non-monetary rewards.
• You may only use the Platform for its intended purpose and must not attempt to interfere with reward mechanisms.
• Attempts to artificially inflate watch-time, engagement, or referrals through fraudulent methods will result in forfeiture of rewards.
• We may restrict access during maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen downtime without liability.

6. Rewards System

The rewards program is a key feature of the Platform. By participating, you acknowledge:

• Rewards are earned by completing specified actions as communicated on the Platform.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust reward structures, payment methods, thresholds, or eligibility criteria at any time.
• Rewards may expire or be forfeited if not withdrawn within a reasonable timeframe specified on the Platform.
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to rewards are solely your responsibility.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Streamsync or its licensors. You agree that:

• You will not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform content.
• All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by the Company.
• Any user-generated content (UGC) you upload remains your property but grants the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content worldwide.
• You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you share.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, processed, stored, and disclosed. By using the Platform, you consent to our practices, which may include:

• Collection of data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage logs.
• Use of cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies to improve services.
• Disclosure of data when required by law, regulatory authority, or to prevent harm.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Termination may occur if:

• You breach these Terms or applicable law.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and outstanding rewards may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including but not limited to:

1. Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
2. Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
3. Service interruptions, delays, or downtime.
4. Viruses, trojans, or malicious code transmitted via third parties.
5. Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or reward calculations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK. Users outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain enforceable.
• No waiver of any term shall be deemed a waiver of future enforcement.
• These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company.
• Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

15. Subscription Plans and Withdrawal Verification

The withdrawal system is designed to operate smoothly and automatically. Withdrawals are typically processed every six (6) hours, provided all account requirements are met. In most cases, no additional action is required from users. However, in certain circumstances, customer support may request that an account undergo additional verification before withdrawals can be processed.

Important Notes:

• During each withdrawal attempt, the system checks whether your account is verified and in good standing.
• If customer support notifies you that verification is required, you may be asked to complete an additional step.
• In such cases, one option to complete verification is by subscribing to a plan that suits your needs.
• If your account does not require verification, you may continue using the Platform and withdrawals without subscribing to a plan.

Action (Only If Requested by Support):

• Select a Plan: If instructed, choose a subscription plan recommended by support.
• Subscribe: Complete the subscription process to finalize your account verification.
• Once verified, the system will process your withdrawal requests without disruption.

Please note that subscriptions for verification purposes are not mandatory for all users. They apply only in cases where additional verification is specifically requested by our support team. Most accounts will be able to use the Platform and withdraw funds without needing a subscription plan.
